How do I get started on MySoiree?
Welcome! The first step is to join. Just click the Join/Login link at the top of the site to get started. You need a valid email address, a unique username and a password. Usernames can only be numbers and letters; no funky characters or spaces are allowed. You can use both upper and lowercase letters; usernames are not case-sensitive. Passwords are case-sensitive, so be careful typing your new password.
Artist Sellers, your username will be the name your artwork are listed under, so if you want to use the name you create your works with, please do, and it will also be your Soiree Studio name! If you want to be a seller, we also require that you have a valid credit card on file. See the Selling FAQ for more information about becoming a seller.
Since MySoiree is an e-commerce site, all buyers and sellers must be over the age of 18 (or have parental permission and supervision). You also need to familiarize yourself with our rules in the Terms of Use before registering. Once you're registered, please consult our Help resources for more info.

Can I change my username?
Usernames on MySoiree cannot be changed. For this reason, please pause and consider your username carefully before registering. Here are some things to think about when selecting a username:
Why can't I login?
If you have forgotten your password just go to forgot password and enter your email address.
You might also be mistyping your password. Passwords are case-sensitive, so make sure the CAPS LOCK is off. If you still can't login, follow the link on the login page to reset your password.
You may also want to try clearing your web browser's cache and cookies, or simply try accessing the site with a different browser program.

How do I change my password?
If you're able to login to MySoiree, go to My Account and on the left side is change password.
If you cannot remember your password, just click on the "forgot password?" link in the login screen. MySoiree will email your password to you.
How do I change the email address for my MySoiree account?
You need to login to MySoiree and go to Myaccount > Edit Profile. Please keep your email address up-to-date at all times; this is how MySoiree will contact you with important information about your account. You cannot re-use an email address that is already associated with another MySoiree account.
How do I change the billing information?
Login to Mysoiree and go to My Account then credit card information
How do I delete my MySoiree account?
Are you sure? If you really want to, please contact Support to request this and we'll do it for you. Be sure to send the message from the email address on file in your MySoiree account and provide us with your MySoiree username.
Can I close my account to start a new one?
We can close the account for you so that you can open a new one, but you will need to use a different email address and none of your information will be carried over. For security reasons usernames and emails can't be reused once they are in our system. Please contact Support if you would like to close your account.
Can I have more than one account?
Yes, however there are special rules for holding multiple accounts.
I don't seem to be receiving any email from MySoiree. What should I do?
There are a few things you can do to help ensure our emails get through:
- Make sure your email addresses on file are correct. If this address isn't correct, we can't contact you and neither can buyers.
- Check your spam/junk folder to see if our emails were diverted there by your email client.
- Add MySoiree's email addresses to your address book. This will ensure our emails don't end up in your spam/junk folder. We recommend adding the following addresses to your contacts list: registration@mail.MySoiree.com (for registration), support@MySoiree.com, abuse@MySoiree.com, content@MySoiree.com, community@MySoiree.com, billing@MySoiree.com (those are for MySoiree Help), transaction@MySoiree.com (for transaction notices), and conversations@mail.MySoiree.com (for Convo notifications).
- Let us know if you think you're missing an email from MySoiree by contacting Support.

What is an Avatar?
An avatar is a small square image that shows up when you post in the Forums, in Conversations, in your public profile and various other places throughout the site. It adds a visual element to your identity on MySoiree, complementing your username.
How do I add/upload an Avatar?
Login to MySoiree and go to My account and select edit profile, and upload a new image. Click the browse button to locate the image file on your computer, then make sure to click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the screen. Make sure your original image is a square, otherwise there will be distortion.
How do I create my own Avatar?
You can use a variety of image manipulation applications, like Adobe Photoshop or GIMP, to tweak a photo you've taken. Your avatar image should be 75 x 75 pixels in size at 72 dpi resolution. The files should be one of these formats: .jpg, .gif or .png.

How do I report a violation of MySoiree's policies?
You should contact us to let us know. We take all such matters seriously and act on them promptly.
What are the consequences for breaking MySoiree's rules?
First and foremost, we can usually work things out with a member personally and privately. If this is not successful, a member's site privileges may be suspended or an account may be terminated.
