Soirée International Inc., is the company that created Mysoiree.net. Mysoiree.net is a community of visual artists who are innovative and talented and create original artwork. We provide a variety of opportunities for the artists to both sell their work and apply their innovative talent. A virtual studio provides for an artist to show and sell their work directly to buyers with all the built in social networking technology, to share artwork for sale with Facebook, Myspace, and all popular social networking sites. The Soirée, is the real world extension of the online gallery. A soirée is a party held at a local venue such as an artist’s gallery, a home, or a community center. Local Mysoiree artists bring their latest work, and art from distant Mysoiree artists is shared virtually in an upbeat positive setting with art aficionados who are interested in buying art. Online design contests offer unique ways for artists to apply their talent and earn revenue, and as the community of artists grows this innovative group will be a resource to corporations and communities for innovation, creating, and problem solving.
The company is growing quickly, with the website, www.Mysoiree.net launched in mid 2009, a national web marketing campaign keeps the site on the search engines, and channels of buyers are developing with interior decorators, architects, home stagers, purchasing agents, Realtors, and those looking for unique one of a kind artworks.
Who is MySoiree
MySoirée .net is a subsidiary of Soirée International born from the artist, industrialist, and fascinating persona, Lyn Williams. Having never been completely satisfied with traditional methods for showing, sharing and selling artwork, she decided to apply her background in engineering and business to a lifelong interest in art and founded MySoiree.net. She has had an interest in art since an early age, because she clearly recalls in her early life of painting a bigger than life watercolor spider on the living room wall in a kaleidoscope of colors, and whose Mom just gave her a hug and said, with praise, Oh my, how beautiful dear, keep creating…well from that is generated a life long spirit to encourage resourcefulness, free thinking, and most importantly innovation. Lyn went on to become a degreed engineer and pursued a MS degree in engineering, and worked in corporate America, all the while creating, designing, and pursuing her own artwork and ideas. About midway through an MBA program she embarked on by commuting between midwestern Ohio and urban New York City she realized that artists need a voice and place to have both the work they have already created sold as well as their skill that is still untapped a chance to be exposed. Lyn has a fundamental belief that visual artists are the most talented people on earth and will work tirelessly to promote the artists. From this was created the place to gather, shop, sell, create, and celebrate, MySoirée.net, which today is a strong community of talented, gifted, and creative artists, whose innovations, ideas, and unique works of art are enlightening and enriching peoples homes and lives.
